The paper says:

Due to UFG the sky, ground and seas of south Korea turned into drill grounds for aggression against the north, rendering the situation on the Korean peninsula so tense that a war may break out any moment and driving the inter-Korean relations into the worst phase.

However, the U.S. and south Korean war-like forces are persistently floating hackneyed sophism that UFG is "annual and defensive" in a bid to cover up the gravity of the prevailing situation.

This is an open criminal act of mocking and insulting the army and people of the DPRK and all Koreans.

UFG is a nuclear war drill against the DPRK from A to Z even though the U.S. and south Korea termed it "annual and defensive".

This clearly reveals the unchanged scenarios of the U.S. to stifle the DPRK by force of arms while staging nuclear war drills against it for an indefinite period, and of the south Korean puppet forces to do harm to the fellow countrymen, backed by the U.S.

However, the U.S. and south Korean warmongers are sadly mistaken.

As long as they stage nuclear war drills to stifle the DPRK by force of arms, the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK will put their counter-actions for self-defence on an annual and regular basis and take stronger steps one after another.

Preemptive strike is not a monopoly of the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces.
