Present there on invitation were Kanji Inoki, member of the House of Councilors of Japan who is also chief director of the Sports Peace Community Association of Japan and co-chairman of the organizing committee of the contest, and his party and foreign players.

Among the audience were Jang Ung, chairman of the International Martial Arts Games Committee and co-chairman of the organizing committee of the contest, Pak Kun Gwang, chairman of the DPRK-Japan Friendship Association, Han Chol, vice-minister of Culture, officials concerned and working people in Pyongyang and foreign guests staying here.

The performance was given by artistes of the Mansudae Art Troupe. Put on the stage were female trio and chorus "Oh, My Motherland of Songun", male quartet "Voice of My Heart" and other colorful numbers.

The performance was acclaimed by the audience.
