The message said that the Korean people are pleased that the Vietnamese people have achieved big successes in the efforts to build strong and prosperous Vietnam under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and sincerely wish them new progress in their future work.

The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Vietnam would grow stronger true to the intentions of the preceding leaders, wishing the president of Vietnam good health and greater success in his responsible work.
