The camp is a world-class children's palace built in the scenic east coast of Korea under the loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea for the posterity.

One of the sheets shows the statues of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il among Korean and foreign children and the other a picture of supreme leader Kim Jong Un among the participants in the final match for the National Children's Football Tournament held at the camp.

The sheetlet features different buildings at the camp and children's happy camping life against the background of sunflower.

Seen in the upper part of each stamp are letters reading "We are the happiest in the world!"
