Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- Choe Thae Bok, chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with Alexandr Torshyn, first vice-chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, and his party who paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Tuesday.
