The south Korean people will never allow the useless waste of money collected from them as taxes for doing harm to the compatriots and staging maneuvers for a war of aggression which may invite even a nuclear disaster.

No aggressor can ever overpower the concerted efforts of the Korean nation. Whoever truly loves the country and is concerned about the nation's destiny should turn out as one in a just and patriotic struggle to put an end to the north-targeted war drills of the warmongers at home and abroad, irrespective of ideology, political view and ism.

It is necessary root out the very source of a war against the north running counter to the process for improving the inter-Korean relations and achieving the peace and reunification of the country.
