Much upset by this, the puppet group is letting loose a string of poor excuses that the story about its displeasure with the north's dispatch of its cheerleading squad is contrary to the fact and it is regretful.

Minju Joson Wednesday observes in a commentary:

The puppet group is resorting to a sleight of hand to falsify truth, justify its despicable act of blocking even the sacred sports and cultural exchange and shift the blame for this on to the DPRK.

The DPRK's decision to send the cheerleading group together with players group to the Asiad was intended to use the occasion for mending the north-south ties.

It is a publicly recognized fact that the north's cheerleading squad went to south Korea three times in the past, enlivening games and contributing to the national reconciliation and unity.

But no sooner had the above-said decision been made public than the puppet group of south Korea floated fictions about "political operative group" and "squad to spark conflict in south Korea." It made no scruple of talking rubbish that the north is playing "double-dealing tactics of reconciliation and war" and "using beauties."

Now that the puppet group has an axe to grind, displeased with the dispatch of the cheerleading squad, no one can vouch what will happen if it goes to the south.

The north was thus compelled to notify the south side that it would cancel the dispatch of the squad.

The south Korean puppet group should honestly apologize to the nation for its criminal action to prevent the cheerleading squad from taking part in the games.
