Pyongyang, September 5 (KCNA) -- The puppet military group of south Korea spoke ill of the DPRK's decision to dispatch cheerleading squad to the 17th Asiad, according to the south Korean CBS. It was disclosed that the room of educational policy-maker of the puppet Ministry of Defense carried a brainwashing material titled "Truth behind controversy over the north's dispatch of cheerleading squad" on Defense Daily on Sept. 1 and forced all the officers and men to read the article the next day. The DPRK officially made public on July 7 that it would send players group and cheerleading squad to the 17th Asiad due in Inchon and made brisk preparations. However, the puppet group responded to it with such vitriolic languages as "group of political operatives to the south", "a squad to spark a conflict in south Korea" and "double-dealing tactics of reconciliation and war". At the north-south working-level talks for discussing the north's participation in the Games, the south side took issue with even the scope of the cheerleading squad and its composition and found fault with the size of flags to be used by the cheerleading squad, openly making provocations. It even raised the issue of expenses which the DPRK side did not mention, making a mockery of the DPRK and leading the talk to a rupture in the end. The puppet forces' despicable behavior touched off resentment among people of various circles in south Korea immediately. Much upset by this, the puppet authorities impudently claimed they were not responsible for what happened, talking about "distorted assertions". But the recent disclosure of the above-said material clearly proved that the puppet group's mud-slinging was true. It, at the same time, indicates that the puppet group is making desperate efforts to evade the responsibility for the prevailing situation. |
