Congratulatory Group of Koreans in Japan Arrives

| Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- A congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan arrived here Saturday to celebrate the 66th founding anniversary of the DPRK. It is headed by Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan. It was greeted at the airport by Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Kim Yang Gon, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials concerned. The members of the group paid tribute to the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, missing them very much. Citizens warmly welcomed the group with compatriotic feelings, waving bouquets. |
