They included the Yamanashi Prefectural delegation for Japan-DPRK friendship led by Yasunobu Kanemaru, president of the Television Yamanashi Co., Ltd., the delegation of the EU-Asia Centre led by Director Fraser Cameron and the home-visiting group of Koreans in Japan led by Pak Hae Chol, vice department director of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan.

They laid bunches of flowers before the statues and paid tribute to them.
