As there is the motherland which sheds its rays thanks to the undying exploits of the peerless great men, the Koreans in Japan could protect the dignity of the nation and demonstrate its honor as an example of the overseas compatriots' movement in the world despite difficulties in the alien land, the message noted.

Kim Jong Un, who has led the DPRK to become an invincible power pervaded with the revolutionary spirit of Mt. Paektu and ushered in a fresh heyday of victory and prosperity, is the great leader of Chongryon and the immensely tender-hearted teacher of the Koreans in Japan, the message added.
