They included a celebration meeting, friendly meeting, book and photo exhibition and film shows in Norway, Austria, Iran and Thailand on Sept. 2 and 4.

Displayed at the venues of the events were photos showing the feats of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were their works, books and photos introducing socialist Korea.

Films shown included Korean film "Fireworks for a Thriving Nation".

The chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway said the feats Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed by founding and developing the DPRK would shine forever together with the bright future of socialist Korea.

The president of the International Taekwon-Do Association in Iran noted the DPRK, which was founded by Kim Il Sung and developed by Kim Jong Il, was demonstrating the dignity and might to the world thanks to Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association praised Kim Il Sung for freeing the Korean people from the colonial slavery enforced by the Japanese imperialists and founding the DPRK. Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into an invulnerable socialist fortress, the chairman added.

Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events in Norway, Austria and Thailand.
