| Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, received a reply message from Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic, on September 9. The message said: I express thanks to Your Excellency for sending warm congratulations to me on my 49th birthday and wish you and your family good health and happiness and the friendly Korean people greater progress and prosperity. I highly estimate your support for the Syrian Arab people's struggle to achieve the peace and stability of the country. Please accept my highest regards. |
