Ltd. of Myanmar, Workers' Party of Mexico, People's Socialist Party of Mexico, Mexican Friend Association for Memory of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and chairman of the Committee for External Affairs of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party who doubles as vice-prime minister and foreign minister of Laos, the minister of Information, Culture and Tourism and the vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the National Construction Front of Laos who doubles as chairman of the Laos-Korea Friendship Association.

Floral baskets sent by them were laid before portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and full-length paintings depicting them.

Meanwhile, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Lao, Indian, Indonesian, Brunei, Philippine, Kuwaiti, Saudi Arabian, Cambodian, Pakistani, Singaporean, Nepalese, Thai, Bangladeshi and Egyptian embassies in Myanmar sent floral baskets to the DPRK embassy in that country.
