Present there were officials of the Red Cross Society of the DPRK, officials concerned, young RC members, volunteers and members of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies working in the DPRK.

Speeches were made at the event.

The participants watched the final contest held among the members which proved successful at the first-aid-related competitions among young RC members in the province.

Prizes were awarded to excellent members and organizations.

The participants enjoyed an art performance given by students and talked to one another about Red Cross activities.
