At the old home in Mangyongdae they went round with keen interest historic relics, being briefed on the revolutionary history of the President and his patriotic and revolutionary family members in Mangyongdae.

Alexandr Gribob, head of the delegation of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, said that he was deeply impressed to visit Mangyongdae, adding that there is eternally prospering Korea today as there is Mangyongdae which gave the origin to the Korean revolution.

Kosima Weber Liu, representative of the Environmental Education Media Project, said that the old home in Mangyongdae where Kim Il Sung was born is a time-honored place which is of important significance in educating the younger generation. The feats performed by him and the revolutionary spirit of his family members in Mangyongdae will be conveyed to posterity, the representative stressed.
