Mongolian President Meets WPK Delegation

| Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj met and had a friendly talk with the delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Kang Sok Ju, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the WPK, which paid a courtesy call on him at the state building on September 18. The president said that steadfast is the stand of the Mongolian government and people to develop the relations with the DPRK and in order to boost the bilateral relations it is necessary to continue carrying forward the traditional friendly relations provided by the preceding leaders. "Sanctions" against the DPRK to isolate and stifle it persist but Mongolia calls for settling all problems through dialogue and negotiations, he noted. Present there were the advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy of the President, a vice-minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Mongolian ambassador to the DPRK and the DPRK ambassador to Mongolia. |
