Present there were Choe Ryong Hae, secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the youth league in Pyongyang and local areas, exemplary members of the youth league, officials concerned, the participants in the 4th meeting and youth and students in Pyongyang.

Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the youth league, made a report at the meeting.

The reporter said that Kim Jong Un's letter is a militant banner which should be adhered to in preparing the young people to be vanguard fighters remaining unfailingly loyal to the Party's revolutionary cause of Songun and building the youth league into the young vanguard organization, the powerful one of the Party, in the era of Songun under the unfurled banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

He noted that President Kim Il Sung set forth the unique idea attaching importance to youth and successfully embodied it since he embarked on the road of the revolutionary struggle in his early years and brought up the young people to be the vanguard of the revolution and reliable reserves of the Party.

Leader Kim Jong Il, who remained true to the idea and intention of the President, gave the torch of the revolution to the youth and glorified the youth league as the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, he added.

He called for dynamically advancing toward the final victory of the Songun revolutionary cause of Juche, holding high the flag of the youth league, united close around Kim Jong Un.

Speakers there renewed their steel-strong faith and will to remain true to the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Un.
