65 years have passed since the demise of Kim Jong Suk but she is still remembered by not only the Korean people but also world progressives.

We boundlessly revere her as the great mother of Korea.

She participated in her early years in the anti-Japanese armed struggle organized by President Kim Il Sung and grew up to be an ardent revolutionary and anti-imperialist fighter.

She was a brave guerrilla with excellent marksmanship and a guard most loyal to Kim Il Sung.

She dedicated her all to building democratic Korea after its liberation and made tangible contributions to developing the Korean People's Revolutionary Army into a regular army.

She also took part in the work of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea and led women to turn out in the efforts for building a new country, free from the feudal yoke.

The greatest of her exploits is that she successfully brought up HE Kim Jong Il.

Her exploits will shine long in the mind of the followers of the Juche idea and the Songun idea.
