Rodong Sinmun Tuesday runs an editorial in this regard.

It says:

The letter of Kim Jong Un means a declaration of the steel-strong faith to successfully carry forward the outstanding politics of attaching importance to youth unfolded by President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and an immortal great programme helping usher in a fresh heyday of the youth movement as required by the new era of the Juche revolution.

The letter is the crystal of great trust and warm comradeship towards the youth.

The young people in the DPRK are persons with pure conscience and moral obligation who are ready to live up to the love and trust. They are staunch and courageous vanguard ranks always dashing ahead under the leadership of the party.

"Let Youth Become Vanguard Fighters Intensely Loyal to the Songun Revolutionary Cause of the Party!" This is the militant slogan for the young people in the general offensive drive for the final victory.

All the young people should become the young heroes glorifying the great Kim Jong Un's era with epoch-making changes and proud victory in hearty response to the great call of the Workers' Party of Korea, the country, times and revolution.
