Movies directors and producers of foreign countries participating in the festival have paid deep attention to the movie exchange with the DPRK.

Cha Myong Guk, a section chief of the Korean Film Export and Import Corporation, told KCNA that the festival has witnessed an active cooperation between the DPRK and other countries in the field of movie exchanges.

He said:

Film companies from Russia, Germany, Mongolia, Kuwait and Myanmar have already shown their interests for joint film production and movie exchange with the DPRK.

Efforts have been also paid to online dissemination of the Korean films.
