Present there were teachers and researchers at Kim Il Sung University, foreign delegations and delegates, Russian experts on Korean language and delegations of Korean University of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon).

Participants heard papers presented by educators of universities and research institutes of different countries.
