Present there on invitation were foreign delegations and delegates and members of the international jury who took part in the film festival.

Kim Yong Jin, vice-premier of the Cabinet, Pak Chun Nam, minister of Culture who is chairman of the Festival Organizing Committee, and officials concerned were present.

Kim Yong Jin in a speech referred to the positive cooperation of the participants for the success of the festival, adding that the days of the festival will be always remembered by the participants.
