The letter said the film festival which proved fruitful thanks to the sincere efforts and cooperation of the Festival Organizing Committee and foreign movie-men became a significant occasion of achieving common prosperity of mankind, strengthening friendship and bonds among movie-men of different countries and promoting development of national films.

It extended thanks to Kim Jong Un for paying deep attention to the festival so that from its opening ceremony to closing ceremony it was successfully held, and according warm hospitality to its participants.
