Rodong Sinmun Thursday observes in a commentary in this regard:

The south Korean puppet forces are letting loose such sophism as describing such operations as the ones "reflecting the nature of the social system" and "free activities of the non-governmental organization." They went the lengths of claiming that they remained unchanged in their stand that "there is no legal ground" to check them.

What they are doing is nothing but reckless acts of zealously instigating human scum and encouraging them to become more frantic in leaflets scattering operations, the commentary notes, and goes on:

Those despicable human scum know nothing but doing bad things. Explicitly speaking, it is the south Korean authorities that provided them with the job of scattering anti-DPRK leaflets.

The south Korean puppet forces are still not aware that the leaflets which those human scum let fly into areas of the north are like papers for death sentence to them.

The DPRK has already decided to blow up bases for the anti-DPRK psychological warfare and supporting and commanding forces.

The Korean People's Army will deal retaliatory blows at any target any time without any prior notice to put an end to their vicious racket.

The south Korean authorities would be well advised to behave themselves, though belatedly, cogitating about the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by their reckless anti-DPRK confrontation racket.
