That day the ruling party and the Pension Society held a seminar on the reform policy on the pension for the government employees with an aim to cut down the pensions for the government employees.

Enraged at this, the unionists staged a protest even before the start of the seminar, chanting slogans against the draft reform proposed by the Society.

The coteries of the "Saenuri Party" went desperate to make a "congratulatory speech" but the seminar ended halfway due to the angry protest made by the unionists.
