The article accused the south Korean authorities of barring the cheerleading squad of the DPRK from taking part in the 17th Asian Games under various pretexts, terming it "group for political operation in the south" and trick aiming at "creating discord in the south".

Noting that the south Korean authorities are deliberately kicking up all sorts of confrontation rackets against the DPRK, the article went on:

The south Korean warmongers staged Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military drills, the largest-ever, under the pretext of "annual ones" to create an atmosphere of war. They staged together with the U.S. even a farce of reenacting the Inchon landing operation in Inchon before the opening of the Asian Games.

What should not be overlooked is that on Sept. 21 they let conservative rightwing organizations and human scum scatter leaflets defaming the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and its social system from the area along the Military Demarcation Line.

This is the crime bereft of elementary common sense, conscience and morality of human being and intolerable treachery.

Behind the curtain of the hideous moves are the Ministry of Unification, Ministry of Defense and Intelligence Service of south Korea and the U.S.

The article urged the south Korean authorities to stop at once the anti-DPRK psychological warfare.

It called upon all Koreans in the north, south and overseas to preserve and implement the July 4 joint statement, the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and unite in the spirit of By Our Nation Itself to frustrate the moves of the traitorous, anti-peace, anti-reunification forces and usher in the second June 15 era of reunification as early as possible.
