S. Korean Puppet Court Inflicts Heavy Penalties upon Pro-reunification Champion

Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- The puppet Seoul Central District Court of south Korea declared guilty a member of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification and inflicted heavy penalties upon him on the charge of violation of the "Security Law", according to MBC of south Korea on Sept. 27.

At the first hearing he was declared not guilty. But the court overturned the verdict and sentenced him to one and half years in jail and the same term of suspension of qualifications for the mere reason that he took an active part in the actions against the joint military exercises with the U.S.
