The DPRK's 3:1 victory over Japan has pushed the people across the country into ecstasy of joy.

An Song Rim, a resident living in Rakwon-dong, Pothonggang District of Pyongyang, told KCNA that he wanted to offer congratulatory bouquets to those women footballers at once.

In rush hour, Pyongyang citizens looked joyful over the DPRK's victory in the women's football finals.

Kang Myong Chan, a student of Kim Il Sung University, said:

I was sure of the DPRK's victory in the match, because its team includes such football aces as Kim Yun Mi, Ra Un Sim and Ho Un Byol.

I have no doubt that the men footballers, too, will win the finals.
