S. Korean Organization Opposes "Government's" Unilateral Moves to Open Rice Market

| Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The Kangwon Provincial Federation of the Federation of Peasants Associations of south Korea held an urgent press conference to defend the food sovereignty outside the South Korean Kangwon Provincial Office on Sept. 30, according to the south Korean KBS. The organization blamed the regime for mulling unilaterally and totally opening the rice market despite the opposition of farmers. |
