The bulletin carried several articles captioned "Laying a groundwork for founding a party," "Founding of the WPK" and "Path covered by the WPK".

They recalled that President Kim Il Sung laid a solid organizational and ideological groundwork for founding a party in the days of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and founded the WPK on Oct. 10, 1945 on this basis after the liberation of Korea.

The WPK has demonstrated victories and glory only for a long period since its foundation.

The history of the WPK is the one of leadership provided by the peerless great persons.

Kim Il Sung founded the party and laid a reliable groundwork for its development.

Leader Kim Jong Il firmly consolidated it to be a powerful guiding force of the revolutionary cause of Songun, true to the cause of the President and brought about a turning phase for building a thriving nation.

After Kim Jong Il suddenly passed away, the Korean people are holding Marshal Kim Jong Un in high esteem as the supreme leader of the party, state and army.

He is leading the WPK and the DPRK to victory despite the undisguised moves of the imperialist allied forces to stifle the DPRK.
