The statement said that the October 4 declaration provided thanks to the tireless efforts of leader Kim Jong Il is the most vivid expression of his noble patriotism.

It went on:

The south Korean fascist authorities are perpetrating acts of treachery, persistently negating the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

The DPRK made proposals for dialogue and reconciliation under the guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

However, the south Korean puppet forces are becoming evermore undisguised in their anti-DPRK campaign while chilling the sincere proposals made by the DPRK. Park Geun Hye cried out for "unification through absorption" even at UN as part of smear campaign against the DPRK.

The statement fully supported the south Korean people in their actions to implement the October 4 declaration and the spirit of By Our Nation Itself.

It expressed belief that Korea would surely be reunified under the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Un.
