Present at the ceremony were personages and members of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru, Peruvian People's Women Union, Kim Jong Suk Library, Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship and other political parties, organizations and institutions.

Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events including meeting, round-table talks and film show on the occasion of the above-said holidays in October.
