New Wireless Firing Machine Developed

| Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- New wireless firing machines have been introduced at collieries and mines in the DPRK, proving effective in raising the blasting efficiency and preventing accidents. The machine, developed by researchers of University of Sciences, consists of transmitter and receiver with a micro-control unit as its kernel. It has been already introduced to the February 8 Jikdong Youth Coal Mine and other collieries, ensuring blasting efficiency at over 90 percent and raising tunneling speed without any accident. |
