Present at the talks from the DPRK side were the DPRK foreign minister's party and the DPRK consul general in Nakhodka, the DPRK deputy consul general in Khabarovsk and from the Russian side were the first vice-prime minister of the administration and other officials concerned.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on boosting the bilateral friendly relations in various fields.

That day the DPRK foreign minister and his party laid a bouquet before the monument of heroes in Slava Square and visited folklore museum, etc. They were entertained to a reception given by the Khabarovsk Territory Administration.

During their stay in Moscow they placed a wreath before the tomb of unknown soldiers by the side of the Kremlin Castle Wall and went round the Lenin Mausoleum in the Red Square.

They also toured the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow and other places.

Meanwhile, the DPRK foreign minister and his party met and conversed with Oleg Kozhemyak, governor of Amur Region of the Russian Federation. They toured Bureya Hydropower Station, a state farm, a milk processing company, etc.
