"Collection of Kim Il Sung's Anecdotes" Vol. 5 Off Press in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out Vol. 5 of "Collection of Kim Il Sung's Anecdotes", a cycle of revolutionary anecdotes. The book consists of four chapters which deal with revolutionary anecdotes of President Kim Il Sung from August, Juche 29 (1940) to August, Juche 34 (1945) during the anti-Japanese armed struggle. Chapter 17 "In Days of Activities of Small Units" carries anecdotes about him making full preparations to actively greet the great event of national liberation while positively conducting activities of small units as required by the prevailing situation. The chapter tells anecdotes about the transparent spirit of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk who devotedly defended the leader and stories about the struggle of revolutionary forerunners who devotedly implemented the orders of the Supreme Commander under any grim conditions and circumstances. Chapter 18 "Under the Unfurled Banner of Independence with One's Own Efforts" tells anecdotes about him who more dynamically conducted political and military activities in the Far East and the area of Mt. Paektu. Chapter 19 "For the Final Decisive Battle" deals with anecdotes about the great personality of him who led all soldiers to be able military and political cadres during military and political trainings in the Far East. Chapter 20 "Victory in Great Anti-Japanese War" impressively tells anecdotes about the revolutionary feats he performed in successfully accomplishing the historic cause of national liberation by leading the final decisive battle against the Japanese imperialists to victory. |
