The message said he deems it an honor to extend warm congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Nepal Communist Party (United Marxist-Leninist) and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 69th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It said, availing himself of the opportunity, he recollected the election of Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the WPK on October 8, 1997, 17 years ago, and his reelection as general secretary of the WPK at the historic Conference of the WPK on September 28, 2010.

The WPK is registering great achievements under the wise and energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un, the message noted.

It wished Kim Jong Un greater successes in leading the sacred struggle of the Korean people to achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea and build the DPRK into a thriving socialist country prospering in the world in the future.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness, expressing conviction that the friendly relations between the two parties will grow stronger.
