Papers Sunday say that it was none other than the south Korean authorities who spearheaded the recent provocation to the DPRK.

The DPRK, expressing hope that the inter-Korean relations would not be driven again into an undesirable catastrophe, strongly urged the south Korean authorities to stop at once human scum from conducting the leaf-scattering operation aimed at defaming the dignity and social system of the DPRK, says Rodong Sinmun.

It goes on:

Had the south Korean authorities truly hoped for the improved inter-Korean relations, they should have respected their dialogue partner and taken a step for checking the leaf-scattering operation against the DPRK.

It is necessary to keep promise with faith and put it into practice, not talking only.

As it happened in the past, the leaflet-scattering operation was conducted according to the anti-DPRK "human rights" scenario of the U.S. and the puppet group from A to Z.

How one can expect the improved inter-Korean relations and dialogue from those who are getting hell-bent on the reckless provocation to the dialogue partner, obsessed by daydream in utter disregard of the destiny of the nation.

The action of the puppet group not only pushed the inter-Korean relations into a catastrophe but put the scheduled second round of the north-south high-level contact in the danger of abortion.

The prevailing situation clearly proves that the anti-DPRK leaflet-scattering operation presented itself as an urgent issue of most seriously bedeviling the inter-Korean relations.

Minju Joson says that whether the inter-Korean relations will improve or not entirely hinges on the attitude of the south Korean authorities.
