They included seminars, photo and book exhibitions and film shows in Russia, Britain and Mongolia on October 5 and 6.

On display in the venues of the events were photos dealing with the party-building and Songun leadership exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Displayed there also were works of the peerless great men of Mt. Paektu and photos and books introducing the true picture of the WPK.

Film shown included Korean film "Pyongyang Today".

The first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation paid the highest tribute to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who made immortal contributions to the foundation and development of the WPK.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist) praised Kim Jong Il as the greatest man as he firmly defended the cause of socialism late in the last century.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain stressed that the WPK has demonstrated its invincible might as Kim Jong Il developed the party into one deeply rooted among the popular masses.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Britain.
