On display there were many inventions and IT products, presented by youth league organizations and students at universities and colleges across the country.

Highly estimated were more than 300 inventions conducive to putting the national economy on Juche, modern and CNC basis and improving the livelihood of the people.

Among those present at the closing ceremony were Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the C.C., Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, Choe Sang Gon, chairman of the State Science and Technology Commission, and Kim Sung Du, chairman of the Education Commission.

Kim Il Sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology proved successful in the field of universities and Haeju Medical College in the field of colleges.

Pyongyang came top in provincial standings and South Hamgyong Province placed first.
