| Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong on Oct. 8 sent a message of greeting to Carlos Raul Morales Moscoso upon his appointment as foreign minister of the Republic of Guatemala. The message wished him success in his new job, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger. |
