The gift was handed over to Kang Sok Ju, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Thursday by head of the delegation of the Maritime Territorial branch of the United Russia Party Lyudmila Talabaeva, secretary of the Regional Political Council, on a visit to the DPRK.
