Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), servicepersons, officials of working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions and those of party and power bodies and working people in Pyongyang.

Wreaths were placed before her grave in the name of the WPK Central Committee, Kim Il Sung Military University, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, party and power bodies and farms in Pyongyang.

The participants observed a moment's silence, looking back on her noble life.
