The work, published on November 1, Juche 83 (1994), clarifies the idea that Korean-style socialism based on the Juche-oriented socialist theory is the most scientific and viable socialism and the principled issues arising in defending socialism.

Present at the seminar were personages of the New Communist Party of Britain, British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Korean Friendship Association UK.

Present there on invitation were a staff member of the DPRK embassy in London.

Participants of the seminar heard the explanation of the main contents of the work and speeches.

The chairman of the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy said that the validity of Kim Jong Il's work has been clearly proved by the reality of the DPRK which is dynamically advancing along the road of socialism despite the moves of the U.S. and imperialist allied forces to stifle it.

The secretary general of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea noted that it is essential for accomplishing the socialist cause to fully demonstrate the superiority of socialism to capitalism.

A member of the Korean Friendship Association UK stressed that the British authorities and media are pulling up the DPRK over its "human rights" but it is, in fact, the Western world where most elementary rights of human beings are not properly guaranteed, calling on the friends of socialist Korea in Britain to protect it from this malignant false propaganda.

A message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
