The long history of our revolution is shining as the history of the drive for remolding human beings and training revolutionaries. President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il said long ago: "The popular masses are the great teacher of the revolution" and "if there is an almighty being in the world, it is none other than the popular masses".

These words reflect the revolutionary philosophy that it is necessary to put forward the popular masses as masters and creators of everything and it is necessary to exert primary efforts for preparing them as reliable workers for the revolution and construction.
