Referring to the fact that the attitude of the "government" and the "Saenuri Party" toward the institution of a special law for the probing the truth behind the disaster has reached a deplorable phase, the press release went on:

On October 19 the "Saenuri Party" advanced a proposal asking the "president" to appoint the chairman and a vice-chairman of the investigation committee for probing the truth behind the ferry Sewol disaster.

It is nonsensical that the person concerned who should be investigated for being chiefly responsible for the disaster should be given the right to appoint the chairman of the investigation committee.

Moreover, the "government" has watched and suppressed the bereaved families while shunning the truth about the disaster.

It is long since the basic rights of the people including the freedom of expression were trampled down under the present "government".

However, the "government" said it could not prevent human scum from conducting anti-DPRK leaflet-scattering operation by balloons under the pretext of "freedom of expression".

We will make a "balloon of ferry Sewol" in demand of the probe into the truth behind the disaster desired by the people and let it fly to Chongwadae to see whether the "government" has a double-dealing attitude towards the freedom of expression.
