The website depicts the torch of the Tower of the Juche Idea and African continent with an article titled "Man Is Master of His Destiny."

Present at the ceremony were personages of the committee, the office of the prime minister of Uganda and the Uganda National Resistance Movement and members of the Juche idea study organizations and organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people.
