In the message Kim Yong Nam expressed thanks to the president, government and people of Sudan for the warm welcome and cordial hospitality accorded to him and his party.

The message referred to the fact that during his visit, both sides had a beneficial exchange of views on the issue of steadily and energetically boosting the bilateral relations and other issues of mutual concern and reached a series of agreements.

It noted with great pleasure that his visit to Sudan proved successful and marked an important occasion of putting further spurs to the development of the bilateral relations.

It sincerely wished the government and people of Sudan successes in the efforts to ensure the territorial integrity of the country, preserve security, develop economy and improve the people's living standard under the correct leadership of the president. It, at the same time, wished the president good health and greater success in his work.
