During its sojourn in the DPRK, Chairman of the "Special Investigation Committee" So Tae Ha, counselor for security of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK who is concurrently vice-minister of State Security, briefed the Japanese side of the investigation into all Japanese in the DPRK which had been conducted so far for the implementation of an agreement reached between the governments of the DPRK and Japan in Stockholm.

The chiefs of panels of the "committee" had relevant working-level interviews with thee Japanese side.
