The brick is made with a new fireproof material and remarkably higher than chamotte brick in the amount of thermal radiation, while its coefficient of thermal conduction reaching one third of the latter.

Experts say its application to all industrial furnaces across the country will lead to economizing in tens of thousands kilowatts of electric power.
